Ready to ship items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 2 to 3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your payment has been received along with your tracking number with your order.

Items that are made to order will take 2-4 weeks to shipping.

Return & Replacement Policy

All sales are final at this time.

No returns are accepted unless damaged upon arrival.

If an item breaks during shipment, we can only make you a replacement if you photograph the broken item/s and shipping box showing all labels as received and email us the images to studio@nyhandcrafted.com within 48 hours of delivery.

After a shipment has been marked as fulfilled/delivered by the carrier I cannot assume any responsibility for stolen packages.
